LORD II: New World uses ANSI graphics to display a map, and has a person move around the map similar in style of The Legend of Zelda (the first 8-bit NES game in the series). There are substantial differences between LORD and its sequel. A sequel was named “LORD II: New World” (or something similar, like “LORD II - The New World”). LORD is the intended abbreviation for this game named “Legend Of The Red Dragon”. This page hasn't reached that level yet, but still seemed like it might be useful to be publicly available. I know that a lot of this site (in areas unrelated to LoRD) has been made while striving for great accuracy. Resolving that would require careful review of the game and this page, and it will be some time before that is done. This was done a bit hurredly there might be some inaccuracies, like colors being off or a couple of spaces being rendered as just one space. Still, the information could conceivably be of some use, so it has been made publicly available now, as is. In some cases, colors were just added to the text out of the possibility that they might be right. Especially, some colors might not be correct. Information was also added at a faster pace than what everything could be precisely verified. This page got larger quicker than the organizational efforts kept it under control.
